This project was a teardown and rebuild. During the rebuild we ran into rot issues on the homes rim board. With our guidance, the homeowner opted for us to replace all rotting components and continue with the build. We properly install flashing to every deck ledger to ensure issues like this one are avoided on our decks. This project took about 2 weeks to complete.
